Why Choose Mediation?
Mediation typically resolves in days or weeks, not the months or years litigation requires.
At $100/hour per party, mediation costs a fraction of litigation attorney fees.
Everything discussed is private — unlike court proceedings, which are public record.
Rather than a judge deciding your family's future, you and the other party reach your own agreement.
Cooperative mediation reduces conflict and stress, protecting children from prolonged litigation.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom — no travel required, no time off work, no courthouse stress.
