Texas Hill Country Family Law Mediator — Burnet County & Surrounding Areas
What We Offer
Compassionate, expert mediation for every stage of the family law process — all conducted via Zoom for your convenience.
Navigate separation with a compassionate, neutral guide.
Divorce is one of life's most challenging transitions. Fran's mediation process provides a structured, private environment where both parties can openly discuss their concerns and work toward a mutually acceptable settlement — without the adversarial atmosphere of litigation.
What's Covered
Prioritize your children's well-being above all else.
Children thrive when their parents can cooperate. Fran helps parents develop comprehensive, child-centered parenting plans that address custody, visitation schedules, holiday arrangements, decision-making authority, and communication protocols.
What's Covered
Life changes — your agreements can too.
Circumstances change after divorce: job changes, relocations, children's evolving needs, and shifting financial situations all may require modifications to existing court orders. Mediation provides a cost-effective, cooperative path to updating agreements without returning to court.
What's Covered
Fair, flexible solutions for dividing assets and debts.
Mediation of property division is a structured, confidential process in which a neutral third party helps divorcing or separating individuals reach a fair agreement on how to divide their assets and debts. Instead of leaving decisions to a judge, both parties work collaboratively to determine what is "just and right" based on their unique financial situation. Mediation encourages open communication, reduces conflict, and allows for flexible, customized solutions that courts may not offer. It is typically faster, more cost-effective, and less stressful than litigation, making it an increasingly preferred option for resolving property disputes in family law matters.
