Biography
A CREDENTIALED FAMILY LAW MEDIATOR
Fran Brochstein is a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association — the highest level of credentialing available in the State of Texas. She is also a licensed attorney with decades of experience in family law mediation, including property division, divorce, and child custody matters.
Fran has dedicated her career to helping Texas families navigate the most difficult chapters of their lives with dignity, clarity, and resolution. She brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to keeping families out of the adversarial court system whenever possible.
She has been recognized by Houstonia Magazine, H-Texas Magazine, and Houston Woman Magazine as one of Houston's top family law mediators. In 2018, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Conflict Resolution, Houston Chapter.
Fran serves clients across Burnet County, Travis County, Llano County, and the broader Texas Hill Country. All sessions are conducted via Zoom, making her services accessible statewide.
